In Short

• Own analytical coverage across growth marketing, registration, and website.
• Lead analysis on complex, ambiguous questions.
• Build and own dbt models for scalable reporting.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for performance visibility.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to scope analytical problems.
• Use AI tools like Claude to enhance productivity.
• Mentor junior analysts and set analytical quality standards.
• Identify and address potential data quality issues.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in a data or analytics role.
• Strong SQL ability and experience with dbt.
• Proficiency with AI tools for analytical work.
• Readable, well-structured Python for analytical tasks.
• Understanding of attribution models and experiment design.
• Proactive in identifying and driving analytical projects.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
