• Build and maintain contact forecasts across channels.
• Translate forecasts into staffing and capacity plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust assumptions based on performance.
• Analyze customer support data to identify trends.
• Build and maintain models for forecasting and decision-making.
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation.
• Support and lead the rollout of new tools.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in operations or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience building forecasts and operational insights.
• Understanding of customer support operations.
• Ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments.
• Interest in operations strategy or program management.
