In Short

• Implement AI and LLM-powered workflows using tools like Tines and AWS.
• Deploy systems with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build and maintain automation workflows across key enterprise platforms.
• Develop AI-driven chatbots and intelligent agents.
• Partner with IT and Security teams to automate operational tasks.
• Document designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Work with various tooling in Security and Production Engineering.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in automation engineering.
• Experience with automation platforms like Tines and Retool.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and containerization.
• Strong skills in REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and Python.
• Familiarity with identity systems and RBAC concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud environments like GCP and AWS.
• Strong communication skills.
