Requirements

• 7+ years in quality engineering with a focus on automation.
• Strong foundation in release management and CI/CD systems.
• Experience with modern languages like Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with performance and security testing.
• Ability to drive shift-left quality practices.
• Experience building internal tools for testing and observability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Mentorship experience in quality ownership.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions is a plus.
• Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
