Staff QA Automation Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Lead manual and automated testing across multiple applications to validate new product features before release.
• Design and implement robust automation frameworks with a strong quality-first mindset.
• Develop reliable, repeatable QA processes using automation, load, and performance testing.
• Create test plans, execute functional, integration, and regression testing, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Proactively recommend improvements and ensure a seamless user experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

• 7+ years in QA, including 5+ years in test automation.
• Expertise in API testing (Karate, Postman, Soap UI, similar tools) and proficiency in UI testing (Playwright, Selenium or similar tools).
• Strong fundamentals and hands-on experience in load/performance testing, CI/CD integration, mobile automation, and AWS cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, automation systems, databases, and programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Python).
• Proficiency in Git, Jira, and DevOps pipelines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Preferred AWS cloud solutions experience.
