In Short

• Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and services within PSA Vault & Marketplace and the PSA mobile app.
• Support marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, social media, content marketing, and influencer marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Contribute to copywriting and content development for various marketing assets.
• Support event and campaign planning, including coordination with external partners.
• Champion company policies, including safety, attendance & security.
• Safely handle and account for valuable merchandise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop new skills.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, or other data tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Understanding of the trading card and collectibles space.
