Product Marketing Associate - Remote

Overview

The Product Marketing Associate (PMA) will join an exciting, fast-paced, dedicated team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness and adoption of various programs for AILA’s membership.

In Short

• Collaborate with product owners to create and execute marketing campaigns.
• Conduct member research to understand customer needs.
• Own the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Define and write content for marketing campaigns and sales collateral.
• Manage website content related to your areas of responsibility.
• Work in cross-departmental teams to develop successful campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign results to optimize strategies.
• Assist the Director of Product Marketing with ad hoc projects.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in a remote/office work setting.
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred.
• Four plus years of marketing experience, preferably with associations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
• Exceptional team player with a positive attitude.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with website content and HubSpot preferred.
• Track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Experience with Legal Services or Immigration Law is a plus.
