QA Automation Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Actively participate in planning and designing test cases to enhance product quality.
• Execute acceptance and regression tests, documenting any functional or design issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to improve QA strategies aligned with company quality standards.
• Develop automation test scripts to ensure consistency of functionalities for end-users.
• Work with development, product, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software projects, demonstrating strength in QA.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and software quality control processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in developing automation test scripts for web and API development (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha, etc.).
• Communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative teams.
• Valuable:
• Knowledge in software development with JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Knowledge of Selenium and Postman.
• Work history in startups related to Information Technology.
