In Short

• Design, implement, and optimize growth experiments focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Configure, manage, and analyze data in Pendo (product adoption, in-app guides, NPS, segmentation).
• Build efficient flows and automations using Softr.io and other low-code/drag-and-drop platforms.
• Develop solutions in Python and PostgreSQL when low-code tools are insufficient.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Pendo and Softr.io.
• Proficiency in low-code/drag-and-drop tools for creating digital products.
• Solid knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL.
• Mindset oriented towards experimentation, rapid iteration, and generating measurable results.
