Overview

The Shopify Module Development Specialist will develop and maintain modules and apps for Shopify, ensuring integration with our logistics solution and adherence to Shopify's best practices.

In Short

• Develop and maintain Shopify modules and apps.
• Implement functionalities for freight label management.
• Ensure compliance with Shopify's guidelines and best practices.
• Create robust integrations with internal and external APIs.
• Resolve bugs and provide technical support.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, document processes.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and UX teams.
• Stay updated with Shopify changes and adapt modules accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing Shopify apps/modules.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify APIs (REST and GraphQL).
• Experience with Shopify App Bridge, Polaris, and Liquid.
• Development experience with Node.js or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 and secure authentication.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Webhooks and event-driven architecture.
• Integrations with external APIs (REST, JSON).
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Soft Skills: Autonomy, good communication, proactivity, organization, quick learning, product vision.
