As an R&D Development Specialist at JDE Peet's, you will lead technology projects from research to implementation, collaborating with various teams to drive innovation in the coffee and tea industry.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in R&D technology development.
• Experience in process engineering or project management in FMCG.
• Ability to lead R&D technology projects.
• Experience with laboratory and industrial scale trials.
• Familiarity with design of experiments (DoE) and statistical tools.
• Proficient in MS Tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for excellence and ownership of responsibilities.
