Site Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an energetic Site Development Specialist to join our dynamic PTI Services team. As a Specialist, you will be an integral member responsible for owning and driving various aspects of site acquisitions, zoning, permitting, and the overall processes and coordination for the construction of wireless infrastructure sites.

In Short

• Responsible for site acquisitions, zoning, and permitting for wireless infrastructure.
• Conduct research and analyze contracts and lease agreements.
• File and obtain land use permits.
• Update project plans and schedules.
• Analyze land use codes and troubleshoot issues.
• Represent PTI Services at public/community hearings.
• Work with project team members and external clients.
• Fast-paced work environment with a team culture.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 1-year professional site acquisition experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Land Use Planning.
• 1-year site acquisition experience in telecommunications.
• Knowledge of real estate principles and contracts.
• Experience with hand tools like GPS is a plus.
• Construction Management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Real Estate License is a plus.
