Overview

We are seeking a dynamic telecommunications professional to join our Services Team as a Site Development Director, responsible for overseeing the acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction of wireless infrastructure sites.

In Short

• Oversee acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction of wireless infrastructure sites.
• Lead all aspects of site development and construction management.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, financial forecasts, and budgets.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and resolve constraints for project completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications site development.
• Strong knowledge of land-use planning and regulations.
• Proven expertise in project management and leading telecommunications teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications site development required.
• Demonstrated experience in site development and construction management required.
• Strong knowledge of land-use planning and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Proven expertise in telecommunications project management and leading wireless telecommunications teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.
