Development Director - Remote

Overview

This role exists to create strategic development plans for The Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi (CRC) and leads a team for donor presentations and fundraising at the national and community levels.

In Short

• Develop an annual fundraising plan and strategy for the CRC.
• Oversee the implementation and execution of the CRC fundraising plan.
• Manage part-time employees for donor cultivation and satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage the donor database in Bonterra and Salesforce.
• Coordinate efforts with other development officers/coordinators.
• Participate in planning and reporting meetings with the Development Office.
• Attend Regnum Christi Mission Support Team meetings as requested.
• Oversee collaboration with communications teams for marketing support.

Requirements

• BA or BS in a related field or commensurate experience.
• 5 years of experience in nonprofit development.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in creating an organization’s vision and strategy.
