Global Talent Internship - Remote

Overview

Join us as Global Talent Intern at our international headquarters in Amsterdam. In this internship, you will enhance your understanding of talent management practices in international organisations, and learn how to best foster people development within a diverse cultural context.

In Short

• Collect and analyse data for Talent processes and initiatives.
• Provide reporting (Excel) and create visual overviews (PowerPoint and Canva).
• Organise and coordinate events & initiatives.
• Connect with suppliers and manage the contracting and invoicing process.
• Coordinate local Employer Brand social media activities into global campaigns.
• Organise Learning & Development trainings and maintain them in the LMS.
• Support communication around talent projects with materials and visuals.
• Gain valuable insights into talent management tools on an organisational level.
• Work in a fast-moving culture focused on quality and sustainability.
• Learn from experienced Talent Management professionals.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong MS Office skills and fluent in English.
• Structured approach and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Commitment to at least 6 months, preferably from September to February.
• Availability for 5 days per week, including in-office and remote work.
• Internship must contribute to academic results.
• EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled in the Netherlands.
