Overview

Join us as Global Talent Intern at our international headquarters in Amsterdam, starting in September 2024. In this internship, you will enhance your understanding of talent management practices in international organisations, and learn how to best foster people development within a diverse cultural context.

In Short

  • Collect and analyse data for Talent processes and initiatives.
  • Provide reporting (Excel) and create visual overviews (PowerPoint and Canva).
  • Organise and coordinate events & initiatives.
  • Connect with suppliers and manage the contracting and invoicing process.
  • Coordinate local Employer Brand social media activities into global campaigns.
  • Organise Learning & Development trainings.
  • Keep the trainings up-to-date in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Analyse data to support annual reporting.
  • Support communication around talent projects.
  • Draft communication materials and visuals.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in English.
  • Structured approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Energetic personality with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Available for at least 6 months, preferably from September to February.
  • Can work 5 days per week, including 3 days in-office and 1-2 days remotely.
