In Short

  • Build and refine Salesforce CRM for business needs.
  • Manage and improve system integrations and data synchronization.
  • Analyze merchant financial and operational data.
  • Maintain an organized and structured database.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI.
  • Automate and optimize customer success operations.
  • Collaborate with various teams for data-driven recommendations.
  • Design and implement KPI frameworks for operational metrics.
  • Perform root cause analysis on customer pain points.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of technical experience with Salesforce.com and other systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
  • Ability to aggregate data from multiple sources.
  • Expertise in Excel for data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and churn analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in process optimization across customer journeys.
  • High integrity and results-oriented.
  • Degree in Data Science, Engineering or related field.
