Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

In your role as an Analytics Engineer, you’ll join the Chartis Advanced Analytics team, helping develop analytic tools that are used by our clients and across our consulting practices. You’ll work in both individual and team-based environments, using your skills to create data visualizations, pipelines and analytic methodologies.

In Short

• Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards and efficient data models for analytic tools.
• Build and manage the ETL processes and data pipelines for disparate data sources.
• Work within a collaborative team to support all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Build new datasets to maximize utility using advanced data management and visualization tools.
• Support team initiatives to improve processes, delivery, and analytic skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an analytics/data engineering role.
• Robust expertise with Tableau Desktop/Cloud.
• Strong understanding of core ELT processes and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills required (Snowflake experience preferred).
• Experience with dbt, Python, and cloud-based architectures is a plus.
• Experience with data management tools such as Alteryx and Tableau Prep is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare data is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
