The Practice Evaluation Specialist III is responsible for managing the coordination of internal and external provider peer reviews, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations, and supporting the quality program through comprehensive reviews of electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of clinical practice and hospital operations
• Experience with EPIC software
• Degree in nursing or related healthcare field preferred
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Understanding of peer review processes and healthcare regulations
• Experience in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Basic knowledge of research and statistical analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
