Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Analytics Engineer at Sleep Doctor, you will focus on building and maintaining scalable, efficient, and reliable data transformation pipelines to empower analytics across the organization.

In Short

• Develop and maintain transformation workflows in DBT Cloud for Snowflake.
• Refactor the transformation codebase for efficiency and data quality.
• Ensure data consistency across datasets.
• Design new data marts to support business needs.
• Collaborate with business users to build impactful Sigma dashboards.
• Implement tests for data quality assurance.
• Conduct advanced analytics and ad-hoc investigations.
• Document data models and transformation logic.
• Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Work in a hybrid model, allowing flexibility in work schedule.

Requirements

• Experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling best practices.
• Experience with BI dashboard development.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with DBT Cloud and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes.
