Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at Eve, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional technical assistance with our legal AI solutions, managing support tickets, resolving bugs, and facilitating feature requests.

In Short

  • Respond to customer support tickets within a 2-hour SLA.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Eve's product suite.
  • Document and prioritize customer feature requests.
  • Assist customers with system setup and integration.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
  • Identify and escalate complex technical issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in legal technology support.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems like Zendesk and Freshdesk.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting SLA requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
