We are expanding our technical support team at Tekton Labs and looking for a candidate with solid experience in deployments, migrations, and system implementation.

• Handle complex technical incidents related to deployments, migrations, and system implementation.
• Participate actively in technical deployments of internal solutions.
• Document processes and tasks to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience in technical deployments, migrations, and system support.
• Knowledge in information security and secure deployment practices.
• Good handling of technical documentation and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to changes and solve critical problems autonomously.
