Beeper is seeking an experienced Support professional to enhance multi-platform messaging through proactive support and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical support, QA, or hybrid operations roles.
  • Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to explain technical problems clearly.
  • Proficient in writing clear bug reports.
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms.
  • Proactive in support and problem prevention.
