In Short

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize relationships across various affiliate types.
  • Monitor performance metrics and iterate to improve ROAS and drive scale.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to develop high-converting assets and offers.
  • Negotiate competitive commission structures, placements, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure brand compliance and regulatory alignment across all affiliate channels.
  • Regularly report on affiliate channel performance and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Day to day account and relationship management.
  • New partner and affiliate onboarding.

Requirements

  • Proficient in utilizing Impact.com's robust tracking and reporting features to optimize affiliate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of, and experience in D2C affiliates and B2B partnerships including affiliate ecosystems and/or B2B2C partnerships.
  • Financial services, SaaS, or tech experience required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Experience in negotiating commission structures and partnership agreements.
  • You possess a deep understanding of programmatic affiliate marketing and data driven approach.
  • Blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, with a strong focus on delivering key brand partners, and growing revenue.
  • You are a passionate advocate for small business owners and take pride in helping them succeed.
  • You have Strong partner, client, or account management background with proven track record to influence & negotiate.
  • You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment (across many time zones).
