Affiliate Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Affiliate Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support the Senior Affiliates Marketing Manager during a time of substantial expansion in the Germany affiliates space.

In Short

• Assist in growing and running the Tide affiliate program in Germany.
• Support various new Tide product launches.
• Manage existing affiliate partners and maintain productive relationships.
• Onboard new affiliate partners to increase member volume.
• Resolve transaction queries through the affiliate network.
• Negotiate reductions in CPA over time.
• Control and improve customer quality delivered by the channel.
• Identify new partnership opportunities with high-traffic websites.
• Input into strategy to increase revenue through affiliate channels.
• Use data-driven methodology to improve channel efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing an affiliate program.
• 3+ years running affiliate programs in Germany.
• Experience with Impact and/or similar affiliate networks.
• Experience in financial technology or banking is a plus.
• Strong personal skills and experience working cross-functionally.
• Desirable experience managing European affiliate programs.
• Test-and-learn mindset with excellent documentation skills.
• Comfortable using data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
