As the Director of Product for Member Support at Tide, you will define, execute, and scale our global support products and tooling, driving measurable improvements in member experience and agent efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Management.
  • Experience in operational enablement and customer support domains.
  • Strong record of launching and growing products.
  • Ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Market fluency in operational and support technology landscape.
  • Capacity to adapt and create clarity in evolving contexts.
