In Short

• Lead a technical support organization across multiple locations (Israel, EMEA, APAC).
• Build and manage support and measure delivery KPIs.
• Ensure customer support SLA’s are met or exceeded.
• Lead escalations and drive customer satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and scaling the support organization.
• Manage interfaces with Sales, customer success, Product groups, and R&D.
• Ensure the team has the necessary tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years in professional services, project management, and support roles.
• 5+ years leading support/professional services teams in cybersecurity.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory.
• Awareness of identity and access management and infosec products.
• Knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365 is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Elastic Search is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills with business and technical contacts.
• Self-motivated, innovative, with strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Ability to design and build delivery processes from the ground up.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Passion for services and helping customers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• English fluency is a must.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
