In Short

  • Lead a technical support organization across multiple locations (Israel, EMEA, APAC).
  • Manage post-sale technical delivery to customers.
  • Build and manage support KPIs.
  • Ensure customer support SLAs are met.
  • Lead escalations to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and scaling the support organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, customer success, Product groups, and R&D.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in professional services, project management, and support roles.
  • 5+ years leading support/professional services teams in cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management products.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Elastic Search.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and business contacts.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to design and build delivery processes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Passion for services and helping customers.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
