• We are looking for a Solution Architect, System Integrator to join our team.
• You will be an essential member of our Customer Success Technical Delivery team.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to deliver security and identity products.
• Responsible for technical aspects of security and identity products during post-sale activities.
• Provide technical solutions to meet customer’s business and technical goals.
• Lead technical aspects of production deployment in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot client Windows Server OS and Active Directory issues.
• Provide technical support for customers after deployment.
• Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products and emerging trends.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Active Directory.
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Experience with Linux (Ubuntu & Red Hat) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Proven Customer Facing orientation.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (CS or Engineering).
• Must be based in Israel.
• Willingness and ability to travel abroad.
