Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

The Solution Architect will collaborate with customers and technical teams to enhance T-Systems solutions, assist in presales activities, and contribute to customer satisfaction and product improvement.

• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to identify opportunities for T-Systems solutions.
• Assist Presales and Sales Experts during customer engagements.
• Work with Cloud Professional Services and Managed Services teams.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through effective support.
• Support Program Management in managing partner initiatives.
• Act as a technical contact to achieve partner objectives.
• Participate in workshops with sales and technical teams.
• Contribute content for public communication efforts.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
• Support innovation activities and develop Proofs of Concept.

Requirements

• Strong consulting and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Understanding of scalability processes.
• Experience with Hyperscaler offerings, especially AWS.
• At least one Hyperscaler professional certification.
• Experience managing enterprise projects in AWS.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience in public engagements like blogs or webinars.
• Ability to manage international teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong teamwork skills in virtual environments.
