As a Senior Commercial Counsel at Semperis, you will be a crucial part of our expanding legal department, focusing on contract negotiations and commercial transactions in the EMEA region.

Requirements

Recognized law degree and admission as a solicitor in Ireland or EU.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS/software licensing.
In-house experience at a high-growth tech company.
Understanding of UK & EU privacy laws.
Outstanding negotiation and drafting skills.
