Overview

As a Customer Success Team Lead at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Customer Success team, collaborating to deliver an amazing experience in the latest security and identity products to our customers.

In Short

  • Manage a team of Customer Success Managers throughout EMEA.
  • Lead, train, and scale your CSMs.
  • Measure and track CSM KPI’s.
  • Responsible for your team’s technical development.
  • Optimize CS initiatives.
  • Assist your team in managing customer escalations.
  • Work alongside Sales and Partner teams.
  • Share customer product feedback with internal teams.
  • Ensure quality execution of CSM customer engagement activities.
  • Help define or refine CSM programs and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in building and managing Customer Success teams.
  • 3+ years as a strategic CSM in IT or cybersecurity.
  • Experience in building comprehensive success plans.
  • Track record of managing customer risk and churn.
  • Experience with generating qualified leads for Sales.
  • Experience with implementing Customer Success process improvements.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with Active Directory.
