Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Prior people management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Technically adaptive and able to communicate solutions effectively.
  • Adept at identifying customer risks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding objectives.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
