Overview

The Customer Success team at monday.com is expanding, and we are seeking a Team Lead to manage and develop a group of Mid-market Customer Success Managers. This role focuses on driving customer retention and success.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers for the Mid-market segment.
  • Set vision and create processes for customer retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance customer value.
  • Drive execution to meet retention and growth targets.
  • Participate in business reviews to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Own retention forecasts and report on risks.
  • Develop and refine the Customer Success roadmap.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success roles.
  • Experience with Mid-market customers and executive relationship management.
  • Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Experience with Mid-market HT customers.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills for data synthesis and reporting.
  • Experience with Customer Success tools.
  • Ability to meet retention and growth targets.
  • Some travel for customer visits may be required.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
