The Customer Success Team Lead will manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service and quick problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Experience in team leadership and development.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High customer orientation and empathy.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Intercom).
  • Self-initiative, motivation, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Interest in self-employment and entrepreneurship.
