The Associate Customer Success Manager at Transfr will ensure that the assigned customer base derives maximum value from the company's products, leveraging digital communication and self-service resources to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Measure business metrics to assess customer relationship health.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing a $2M+ book of business.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships independently.
  • Technically adaptive with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive in identifying customer risks and providing solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and continuous learning mindset.
  • Proven track record of exceeding objectives.
  • Experience with SaaS renewals, preferably in EdTech.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
