  • Eligible for growth into other CSM roles.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS with customer interaction.
  • Based in a timezone from UTC -5:00 to UTC -8:00.
  • Ability to learn technical subjects quickly.
  • Experience communicating technical needs and solutions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a bonus.
  • Strong opinions about customer experience.
