In Short

  • Drive product adoption and maximize customer retention.
  • Ensure a seamless implementation process for customers.
  • Communicate utilization data that demonstrates value creation.
  • Contribute to the development of self-service resources.
  • Assist in creating scalable campaigns to educate customers.
  • Secure customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
  • Maintain information flow and document customer accounts.
  • Improve business metrics to measure customer relationship health.
  • Travel up to 50% within the designated territory.
  • Work independently managing multiple customer relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational capabilities.
  • Technically adaptive with a capability to learn new solutions.
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adept in identifying customer risks and proactively engaging customers.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Continuous learning mindset and detail-oriented approach.
  • Proven track record of exceeding objectives.
  • Experience with SaaS renewals, preferably in EdTech.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
