Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Renaissance is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes through effective onboarding, nurturing, and support, driving successful implementations and retention.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and willingness to learn.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Drive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Experience in mitigating churn and handling objections.
  • Background in Education and/or SaaS.
