  • Ensure a high rate of annual subscription renewals.
  • Manage a $2M+ book of business.
  • Communicate customer utilization data effectively.
  • Contribute to self-service resources for customers.
  • Assist in creating educational campaigns for customers.
  • Secure customer feedback to influence product development.
  • Maintain documentation of customer accounts.
  • Improve business metrics related to customer relationships.
  • Travel up to 50% within designated territories.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Technically adaptive with strong communication skills.
  • Adept at identifying customer risks and providing solutions.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and continuous learning mindset.
  • Proven track record of exceeding objectives.
  • Experience with SaaS renewals, preferably in EdTech.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
