  • Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer success or account management.
  • 4+ years of people management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Technically adaptive and capable of learning new solutions.
  • Adept at identifying customer risks and providing solutions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding objectives.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
