As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers maximize the value of our platform through hands-on training, data analysis, and process optimization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success in supply chain or SaaS technology.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new technology.
  • A proactive and customer-first mindset, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.
