Overview

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will partner with your Principal CSMs to support them in managing the success and net retention of your portfolio of Strategic customers, typically consisting of one-to-five very large, strategic accounts.

In Short

  • Partner with Principal CSMs to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage project plans for key merchant initiatives.
  • Advise on best practices around product usage.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with team members within accounts.
  • Develop collateral and conduct weekly performance reviews.
  • Resolve account issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Take ownership of recurring tasks to support enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and drive account expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to travel 15%+.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Customer Success Management or Account Management experience.
  • Analytical and metrics-driven work style.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and drive teams to achieve goals.
  • Customer management experience within complex accounts.
  • Proficient in data manipulation for presentations.
  • Motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments.
  • Background in e-commerce, fraud, or payments is a plus.
