Legal Operations & Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

The Legal team at Signifyd plays a critical role in enabling and protecting the business as we scale. We partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Finance to drive business goals forward while managing risk and safeguarding sensitive data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in legal operations or contract management.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Proven experience managing the full contract lifecycle.
• Familiarity with legal technology, particularly CLM tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
