Legal Operations Manager (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Contract Legal Operations Manager to streamline contracts, compliance, and vendor processes, playing a key part in managing legal workflows and optimizing contract execution.

In Short

• Conduct first-pass legal reviews of contracts (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs, client agreements, RFPs, and vendor agreements).
• Manage insurance forms and certificates of insurance.
• Redline, negotiate, and coordinate contract execution.
• Provide guidance on non-standard deal terms and escalate exceptions.
• Manage the contracts inbox, ensuring timely review, negotiation, and signature of agreements.
• Maintain contract databases & track renewal deadlines.
• Improve contracting workflows, moving documents into Salesforce, Ironclad, or another CLM.
• Help leverage self-service legal tools for sales and business teams.
• Support team with templating, playbooks, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Legal Operations, Contracts Management, or Compliance.
• Experience reviewing and managing DPAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and security questionnaires.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, contract management tools, and privacy regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Security teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
