Calm is on a mission to support everyone on every step of their mental health journey. The Legal Operations Manager will support the day-to-day management and efficiency of the legal team.

• Manage and streamline legal workflows and processes.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or legal.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Experience in legal or business operations is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• PMP or CIPP certification is a nice to have.
