In Short

• Lead legal operations and contracting workflows.
• Optimize contract lifecycle management (CLM).
• Establish contract review policies and governance frameworks.
• Oversee legal ticketing systems and workflows.
• Facilitate pricing approvals and contract negotiations.
• Manage vendor contracting discussions.
• Develop a project management framework for legal requests.
• Support equity administration and cap table management.
• Communicate with stakeholders on project status.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in legal operations or sales operations.
• Strong strategic mindset and track record in optimizing operations.
• Experience working with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Expertise in contract negotiations and vendor management.
• Familiarity with cap table management and equity administration.
• Background in process automation and system optimization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
