Overview

Ghost Story Games is a self-publishing game development studio owned by Take-Two Interactive, located in the greater-Boston area. Our studio designed and released award-winning games, such as System Shock 2, BioShock and BioShock Infinite. We are currently working on our next project and would love for you to be part of our team.

In Short

• Your positive energy as a Senior Operations Manager will support and elevate our team.
• You will lead all day-to-day studio operations.
• Work with game developers, artists, IT, and external teams.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Studio Affairs.
• Create efficiencies and better processes within the studio.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Maintain project trackers and reporting.
• Additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good judgement in task prioritization.
• Strong follow through and follow-up.
• Experience with process improvement pipelines.
• Experience using project management software such as Monday.com.
• 7+ years experience in a similar role.
• Strong written communication.
• Solution oriented mindset.
• Flexibility and comfort working in a small team.
