Overview

The Carrot Operations team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the administration and strategic oversight of business-critical systems and automation tools supporting the operational functions across Carrot.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Deep understanding of Jira and Confluence customization.
• Advanced proficiency in reporting and KPI tracking.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Adept at managing competing priorities.
