Carrot Fertility is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Procurement to build and lead our global procurement function, establishing best-in-class sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations that scale with Carrot’s growth.

• Design and lead Carrot’s global procurement strategy across various categories.
• Establish scalable sourcing and spend control processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or vendor management.
• Experience building procurement functions in high-growth environments.
• Strong contract negotiation expertise.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
